Waterproof primer?

I'm basically after a primer that I can bung on my shell and panels to keep the rust at bay whilst in storage.
Now I know most primer is porous.
Are there any that aren't - that can subsequently be re-coated in future without removal?
I dont want to simply cover it in hammerite because it creates more work in future taking it all off again.

Panels arent such an issue as they can be kept indoors - but the shell simply wont go up my stairs.

Zinc primer will do that- in storage, not outside though! I would still remove and etch prime before painting though!

Galvafroid zinc paint can be left uncoated but is not easy to get flat enough under cellulose etc. Ideal for unseen places.

Just prime then blow over with rattle cans..... Certainly don't use ghastly hammerite!

I'll leave it.. it doesnt seem to be getting any worse - amazingly.
Its mostly me being too proud - I wanted it all one colour so at least it was less of an eyesore in works carpark.
Screw it, it adds character to the place. :D

I'd use an epoxy primer myself, it can be flated back to prime and paint when ready, and it seals the body and panels from atmospheric conditions.
