Rotor arm of morris minor 1000 -1957 year

Hi dear Friends , can you tell me , Dose the original Rotor arm has a Spring plate ( Bottom of the Rotor arm) for tight to the Rotor to Shaft (Cam) - (I have seen Spring plate,that many rotor arm has a Small Spring Plate bottom of the rotor arm)
