I have a 1963 Morris Travellor with a rebuilt engine. Which engine oil should I be using?

Straight 30W or 20/50 multigrade

Go with 20W50 - but the Wilko stuff is fine. But MAKE SURE the oil filter is all present and correct - spring and plate in position.
