Garages/Welder in South Wales

Hi,
Can anyone recommend a garage/welder in the South Wales area? I'm near Caerphilly, and looking at purchasing a 2 door morris, but it requires both sills replacing. Anyone have a rough idea of how much a job like that would cost?
