'top chrome' normally.
or 'the chrome strip which joins the 'hockey sticks' on the front'
RGF103 is a common part number for it.

Be sure to get the good quality stuff, a lot of the chrome is c**p and goes rusty within a year

It's sometimes better to have original parts re-chromed. I just had my front bumper blade and overriders re-chromed and it is a beautiful job-cost 150€.
