Morris Minor Owners Club

Many of you will remember Ian Portsmouth, who used to look after the Minors On Tour website at http://minors-on-tour.org.uk/ until he sadly died in 2009. His wife Sue has asked me to take over the site and over the past couple of weeks I've been beavering away on it, keeping much of Ian's content but adding my own quirks as well.
The galleries took the most time, with nearly 4,000 images in total that needed optimising, tagging, and classifying before being uploaded. I think I'm near done now, so I'd ask you all to take a look and see if MOT'ing is for you. Every page has a comments field and I'd welcome anything you have to add, either from those who've experienced the organised chaos that is MOT, or of those who've yet to brave foreign soil in their Minors.
Theres a poll there on where we should invade, ooops I mean visit, in 2013 - please contribute to it!

Blimey! Good stuff Mike, i'll have to trawl through it fully some time soon, but it's good to see it being updated and re-vamped. I looked at it a few months ago, and was wondering if someone would take it over. Good to see you've taken it on and done a great job of it!

I've probably got pre digital pictures too from early ones, no promises though, I've been meaning to scan them for many many years

Nobody's voted on the poll though, which makes me think something might be amiss...

All the options are in France, lovely though France is, variety is the spice of life, I'd vote for Ireland or another country.

I would like to vote to go to another coutry too. In the past MOT's have been too Germany, Holland, Luxmboug, Switzerland -perhaps we should be looking at Austria or Italy to add to this list?
