Lost clutch fluid!

Hi All, wonder if you can give me some idea where to start looking. All my clutch fluid is draining out into a puddle - seems to be roughly underneth where the master cylinder is located under the driver floor plan. As some of you know this has a 5 speed sierra gearbox conversion and I assume a hydralic clutch. I can't see any leaks from the fluid container or down the plastic pipe but I'm not even sure where it goes to next. Anyone familiar with this type of conversation and what to look for first. Clutch fluid all comes out overnight when mog is stationary - doesn't make for a nice easy gear change !!

Hydraulic clutch isn't a standard fitting to a Minor.
Any idea what parts were used?

Having said that, it's a leak, there are a very limited number of places it will come from, My bet is the clutch master cylinder :) .

If there is a helpful garage in the area get them to put it on a lift and have a look.
While you are at it take plenty of pictures, someone may be able to identify the bits used.

Mobile phone pics should be fine, just hold it still when you take them.

Thanks Mark, Agee need t get underneath it! This is a common conversion - Ford 5 speed gear box - 1275 midget engine - I'm trying to work out where the clutch master cylinder is. Wasn't obvious and I couldnt see it - probably be easier when up on a jack. I'l get some pics anyway

the common hydraulic clutch conversion puts the master cylinder under the floor (along side the chassis leg) working directly off the existing pedal. the fluid is topped up by a remote reservoir put on the bulkhead somewhere.

my bet is that the pipe from the reservoir to the master cylinder could be leaking. failing that, the union where the copper (?) pipe goes from the master to the slave.

it certainly sounds like it's the clutch, and not a brake fluid leak, if you say the gear changes are getting difficult.
