This was for sale before for I think 250 Euro last time, I have a sidevalve splitscreen and wanted him to look if it had a sidevalve and he would not even bother to look, I would have offered 50 for the wreck to get engine

A big bottle of T cut should sort most of that

It wont be a sidevalve though, I would say its either 53 or 54 as it has the bonnet handle rather than the strip on the sidevalve cars. Looks like the windscreen chrome is already gone too.

mine is an early 53 with the sidevalve and has the same bonnet furniture (using up MM parts before fitting 803 engine ? )

Cant understand why people let them get in that condition and then assume they are rare and worth decent money

I think he probably found it in a corner of a field pulled it into his yard and thought he had a goldmine on his hands
