Any of the usual Minor suppliers, any Mini supplier. They are standard items, cheap, and plentiful. Just pick a tarder who advertises in Minor Matters.

Why not just replace them w/cap screws (bolts)?
IIRC they are 5/16" UNC thread.

What ever you use, give them a good dose of copper slip all over.

And run a drill bit down the holes in the stat cover to open them up slightly...
