Hi All
Another question, I have ordered Traveller Wing Beading and was wondering if I should be using any sort of sealant between the wood and beading and the wing and beading when fitting, if so, any recommendations?
Thanks
Reg

Nothing needed and some silicone sealants can remove the paint - be careful.

When fitting the beading, a staple gun is a very useful tool, along with scissors and knife. You should see on the old beading that you need to cut "V" sections to allow the beading to turn the corner at the front edge, and also need to cut holes to allow the bolts through.

Hi
Now beading has arrived I can see a staple gun is easier than a hammer and nails, unless of course you have three hands
I will put some sealer in and be careful of my paintwork
Thanks for all your advice
