Yes, that is the right panel, but it is full length and you will have to disturb the b pillar as well in order to fit the whole piece!

I would strip all paint and underseal from the sill area top and bottom and inspect the panels- you will probably find you need to replce the boxing panel as well as the outer and inner floor edge panels, rust often spreads to them all and best to repair the area properly and in one go!
Cheers John - all comments IMHO

from the photo you may also need to repair the inner under sill, before you can fit the outer, the bottom of the boxing section can be repaired if you don't want to remove it all, very common repair.

thanks for the replies, removed the lower rear side panel today and looks like a whole lot of rot behind it, basically everything is rotten from wheel to wheel on the passenger side, have ordered boxing panel, lower rear side panel, rear floor panel and outer under sill repair panel, B post is pretty good thankfully, but the cross member that runs beneath the back seat and the panel inside the lower rear panel is rotten as well, anyone know the names of these panels and where to get them? don't see anything on ESM that fits. cheers
