pickup rear

hi - has anyone got a photo of their pickup without the canvas tilt on and just the hoops? i'm hoping to make my own hoops as i'm a cheap skate! cheers! jenny

Excellent! thanks very much! how do the hoops fit into the body? is there a fixing that i need to get? jenny

There are circular sockets in the tops of the pickups sides, these are about 2" deep. Each circular socket is reinforced by an oval shaped plate (very similar in shape to an SU carb to manifold gasket in shape just a lot smaller) which is held onto the body by two self tapping screws.

The hoops just push into the sockets on the sides and to my knowledge there isnt any mechanical means to holding them in place, my hoops just push into the sockets.
