Help! Replacing some wood and where are the bolts and screws

We have taken out the front post, the foot rail just fell off and disintegrated!....and we are trying to get the front rail arch off…but apart from a bottom section which was rotten.... it won’t budge. Is this screwed to the bodywork somewhere? If so where? Can’t budge the wing (or is it called the wing flange?) as the bolts underneath are rusted out and almost attached to thin air.
Is there a metal piece that goes on the sides and bottom of the foot rail? How and where does the fillet go for the foot rail go together..... and how does the front pillar, foot rail and bottom of front wheel arch piece together and screw/glue etc? The front wheel arch now has a square cut, as we can’t get any more of it off…. could we leave a join like this if we cut off the bottom the matching bit from a new front wheel arch? Steve from Woodies made it sound so easy!!!!!! (LOL)…. Just getting the screws out is a feat in itself! Where and how much Dum Dum do we use and what about glue…where and how much? Here are some photos of where we are at so far…help and suggestions appreciated, please...need to work on this this weekend.[frame]
