Does anybody know where
you can get exhaust gaskets
to suit a sidevale Morris Minor?
Or material that is suitable so
I can cut them myself?
ESM seem to be out of stock......

Hello Oliver,
I have a de-coke set (HSB 198, ESM part# SV107) that includes the exhaust manifold gasket. I can part with it for what it cost me plus postage. An expensive way to get an exhaust manifold gasket but PM me if you'd like it.

Thanks Darrell for the offer, however I was looking for more
than one as a few of my sidevalve mates wanted them, and they
know they are getting scarce so they wanted to buy a few extra as well.
I will let you know if I will take you up on your kind offer.
Thanks Oli

When nothing helps:
Look for a local waterjet cutting table, and make a drawing in dxf format from the old one.
I know Forbo flooring has a table somewhere in the UK, but there are more places.
When it keeps a problem, at my company we have also 2 waterjet cutting tables, so I can make a batch from these gaskets.
The only thing is that this tables are running in the Netherlands...
