Welcome to the messageboard!
Im fairly certain that MOH is Ministry of Health. Your car was probably supplied for use by a disabled person. These cars usually have a few different features, such as plain door cards and no arm rests in the back, sliding seats, one sun visor and originally no over riders on the bumpers. If you have a look at the site menu there is a section for ex government minors and there may be something you could compare it with. If you post up some pics we could probably tell you

Cheers for replies
Moggy has sliding and folding seats, plain rear cards without armrests
Does anyone know if the ministry of health kept records of purchased vehicles in 1968?
I will post photos of restoration as and when I get around to it

Contact poster IaininTenbury - I believe he may be able to give you some more info on Disabled Person's Minors. I think he either has one or has worked on one in the past.
