anyone here know what you have to do when selling a car to people in europe?? looks like mine could be off to germany

Fill in and send off the change of ownershp section. Your priority is to notify the DVLA that you no longer own the car so that no speeding tickets (Morris Minor!?), parking fines etc come back to you. What the new owner does is his problem
