What does that mean because we need to know what we need to buy for it

It's a recon engine - so we need some other clues or pictures to guide us. Does it for example have '950' cast in the side of the block near the exhaust manifold? Or does it have a little plate down there with '1100' stamped on it? But what exactly do you need to 'buy' for it ? General running spares for Ignition etc will fit both 948 and 1098 engines........ and gasket sets are common - except perhaps for the tappet chest covers.

It' a 1098 head - and a 1098 backplate but we would need to see the other side of the block to be SURE of it being a 1098 engine. 'Unleaded' is nothing to get excited about......... and as pointed out above it has a Mini style oil filter - you screw on/off the filter cartridge. As others have now also asked - what do you want to 'but'(sic) for it ?? :-?

So far I can spot the following parts missing, thermostat blanking plug or sensor, dynamo mounting bracket, water pump, heater tap, copper pipe and hoses
What is the small hole in the top of the rocker box?

Dunno about the small hole in the rocker cover - but it's missing the v essential breather pipe connection......

Hi my morris has the same identification on i found this on a website;
All engines pre-fixed with 'GSE' or 'RKM' were of UNIPART origin when BL split its parts organisation.

'E' at the end of a part number denotes it is a reconditioned, service unit only (basic engine assembly with no ancillaries).
