Reading the manual it states that a high lift cam was available. Does anyone know how or where such an item could be recreated?

I have a reprofiled cam in my MM engine, I don't know the timing, maybe it is possible to measure the lift and overlap on the tappets. It needs a little more power at the bottom end which I might find by retarding the timing a fraction more.
