Hi All,
Can someone identify my engine, I dont know the exact year etc.
Stamped on the block is: 132 DB 2A O Fiat
Stamped on the head is: FF 132 DB 2AO S62 4372748
I bought the engine four years ago and want to replace main and big end bearings but the sizes listed in the haynes manual dont tally up with what is fitted in the engine.
Regards
Keith

try and find "dp" on this site as he seemed to have access to some books with engine numbers. My twin cam is a very similar number to yours but I still couldn't really identify the year or capacity.
The best I could get was 1975 to 1978 and either 1.8 or 2.0L.
A local machine shop maybe able to help you order the correct bearings as the twin cam was/is quite a common engine swap.

Thanks Jefftav,
It would appear to be a "late" model but what exactly does late mean? 1982-1985???
I just want to know what year of manufacture to give when ordering parts etc.

I had already looked up but can't find 132 DB 2AO ***
132AC000 = 1592cc, 132AC100 =1756, 132AC4000 =1756, 132A1000 =1756 , 132B1000 =1756, 132C2000 =1995, 132D1000 =1995
For those I've got valve sizes, bore and stroke. You could try asking on the Guy Croft site

Thanks for that DP, I have asked Guy Croft and he replied that it is a late model 131/132 2ltr.
