Buy tow bar - drill holes - fit bar - tighten bolts! Simples....... Make sure you don't just get a length of angle that fits to the bumper mounts....... It MUST have sturdy angles running forward either side of the fuel tank and bolting up through the (hopefully non-rusty) floor.

Towbars available from some parts suppliers and Watling Engineers. You'll also need to wire in the lighting connector, not difficult.

If you are fitting a towbar to a Traveller you need to make sure that the tow hitch is low enough to be able to open the doors with the trailer connected and it is also useful if the trailer draw bar is long enough to open the doors without having to disconnect the trailer (mine is not).
Indespension produce "The Trailer Manual" which tells you everything you need to know about trailers and towing. That is what it says on the cover.
If you have a speedo with a black dial then you can use the oil filter warning light as a trailer indicator warning light[frame]

When Witter started in the towbar business their first product was for a Minor!

The towball etc should NOT obscure the number plate - as in the ^^^^ pictures above !!

It still looks like a 2 to me. I am sure the local police have much better things to do - like looking for my two cycles which were stolen from my shed last week.

You would think so....... But really the number plate should be relocated so it is in clear view.
