Yes mine did the same.
I resorted to phoning them!!!.
Very pleasant and helpful on the phone.
They are open on Saturday morning.

Thanks for the replies,i will phone them on monday,this is my first day off for nearly 3 weeks,phoning from work is not an option as calls are monitored that's why i e-mailed as i thought this might be easier!!!
