Does anybody own a Morris Minor with the registration plate SJR 489? My Mother won the Pools many years ago, £500, and bought it from a neighbour. She's really keen to find out what happened to her and if she's still running. As kids, we used to pull the indicators out the side of the car and my Mum would get really hacked up off with us.
If you own this car now or did in the past, would be delighted to hear from you. I had so many great holidays in her. Thank you.

Nothing comes up on the DVLA register when you input that registration for a Morris. So either:
a) It's been scrapped
b) It's been off the road for so long, the details aren't on the DVLA computer
c) The registration number has been transferred to another vehicle, and your Minor has an age-related replacement
When did your mother sell the car, and when was it last known to be on the road? If it was within the last 25 years or so, that would eliminate 'b' as a possibility.
