The drivers side window seems to be having a slight case of 'brewer's droop'. I recently replaced the glass channel felt (as there was none) and since then window won't stay in the closed position. I pulled the regulator out and had a look and all seems well, all parts are present, lubricated and the spring is still in one piece and attached where it needs to be attached. Is there a trick or should I be looking at procuring a new regulator?

If it only drops a little, try taking the handle off then replace it such that if you push down on it the window goes up.
If you see what I mean

Have a look at the channel under the glass, you might be able to pinch it up a bit so that the wheel on the end of the arm does not move as freely. It is not a good idea to lubricate the mechanism as it makes everything move easier
