Problems with a Website

I have been trying to look at vehicles advertised for slae on the internet. There is a website called 'Morrismiorsforsale' I have had great difficulty trying to access any sellers details from the adverts despite filling in all of the relevant details email etc. I have contacted them on several occasions via their 'webmaster' pointing out the difficulties encountered but never had a reply. Does anyone have any knowledge of this website or should I just forget it?

Just tried it and had no problems - all the links to the various cars work.

http://www.morrisminorsforsale.com/ - the site does seem to be working ok and clicking on any of the cars brings up the relevant ebay auctions. Maybe just bad connection at the time you were trying? Sorry but I have never used them so can't comment on their site etc.

Tymmy - I've removed this from the 'for sale' forum as you are not selling a car.
Is the site you're referring to:
http://www.morrisminorsforsale.co.uk/ ?
If so, it might be connected to the Morris Minor Clinic, Reading as they have a direct link to the site from their 'minors for sale' page on their website ('sell your morris minor' link bottom left):
http://www.morrisminorclinic.co.uk/morr ... _sale.html
You could always try contacting the Minor Clinic to see if they can help.
And if you are looking to buy a Minor try posting in the 'wanted' forum here as someone might have something suitable.

It seems to work well for me, the Morrisminorsforsale.com site seems to be connected to G.S.Jones, if you click the parts button it takes you to their site.
A good tip though for both those sites and a useful resource!

I'm not so sure the site is relatesd to those traders - If I remember correctly it's a pay per referal site (i.e. if the other sites get a customer, the site owner gets a referral commission).
As for cars for sale, have you looked in the owners club mag adverts? If you don't get the mag, drop me a PM.

Ah - there are two ..
http://www.morrisminorsforsale.com and
http://www.morrisminorsforsale.co.uk
both British, seemingly .. and they're different, but work similarly when contacting the seller.
Potential for crossed wires ..

Thanks everyone for the tips.
I have looked at the classifieds in the club mag. It was just that there were a couple on the site that seemed interesting, I could access the ebay auctions, the car details etc, the problem came when I clicked the sellers details so that I could contact the seller. It asks for you to create a login which I did, the site then sends you a link to your email address, it is from there that it all goes wrong and none of the links seem to work. All of the basics that worked for all of you worked for me too it just still seems impossible to contact any individual seller about their car. I will try again. Thanks everyone.

It was the 'morrisminorsforsale.com' website I have been struggling with. Just tried it again, can get car details up etc, filled in all of the details for the email reply, will wait and see, going to give up looking at cars on the site if it does not work today, there's no point if it is impossible to get hold of the poor person who is trying to sell their car.
