Painting queries

Hi All,
Resto is going well and my moggie is starting to look quite swish in her newly sprayed( but not yet cut & polished ) empire green.
Couple of quick questions that possibly you could help with?
The steel wheels look a lot darker than the empire green , despite the inner car is empire green- would this be right ?- what colour is it likely to have been?- shes a 4 dr series II 1955
What do you suggest as the paint colour for the front grill ?- its a slatted grill and is creamy coloured- there is a bit of tinworm there but I will sort that.
last question - at the side of the rear seats, there is a smallish fabric covered area over the rear wheel arch- this is plain material coloured at present - I cannot find anything in woolies etc as a replacement is it just that or should it be coloured to match the upholstery which is a green colour?
Thanks all,
cheers colin :)

Your wheels should be body colour. The grille Old English White. The 'arm rest' should be cover with trim material.

The grille would most likely also have been empire green. Lots of cars had their grilles and wheels painted cream by subsequent owners to "update them".
