convertible hood stud(s)

i've lost one of the studs from my convertible hood, the ones that clip into the fittings attached to the metal sides, and would need sewing back onto the vinyl. does anyone know whether these studs are available for individual purchase, as the hood itself is sound and doesn't need replacing.
