What do the car numbers mean?

Hi all I was wondering what all the numbers on the vin plate mean? (is it called a vin plate?)
It says
Car no fa117 202137
Engine no aphm 25825
If anyone has any idea help would be greatly appreciated
P.s. Does it tell you the original colour of the car
