ive got my engine back in my morris this afternoon just got all the bits to connect up after a full build thought i would send a pic of my progress[frame][/frame]

i rebuilt the engine myself with a few tips from this site, i made the engine lifter it worked great didnt have to take the bonnet of just the front panel

If it were me I would give the engine bay a good scrub with some car shampoo before you add any more pipes/ancilleries. It would be a shame to have that lovely looking engine with grime around it.

Nope! That's long before the fresh-air heaters were first fitted. I believe you ought to have a drum-looking heater with a single knob, that doesn't have the fresh-air intake from the radiator cowl (which is what the pipe is).

phew got me worried there

my 63 has the early heater, I think the fresh air intake is in the floor behind the steering rack
