Actually we have been taking photos, good point.
Must keep up the record.
If I hadn't been ill yesterday the cavalry [Ray] would have been here to commence proceedings.

I have to say - they have done a very good (looking) job on the block. If you didn't know it had a problem, you'd never spot what they did.
Unfortunately due to jobs and illness the block has been sitting idle for a week
Rebuilding should be underway quite soon though
