Rollover Jig

Hello,
I have had my first Morris 1000 for about six months now, a great car and actualy more fun to drive than the MGB it replaced. Anyway I was checking it over at the weekend for the MOT and spotted the underseal which is some really rock hard stuff was coming away in a few places and you know whats coming now, my chisel wenth through in about six places, things like sill ends and the crossmember ends. this underseal obviously did a good job of masking the problems when I viewed the car. It hasnt put me off the car but I need to sort it myself as cant afford to take it a professional place so my question is at last...
As I as useless at welding underneath lying on my back I plan to remove the engine etc and roll it on its side in a jig. problem is my carport is only 8ft wide so the type which fits on the wheel hubs wont work. I have drawn up a design based on the type that can roll the ar in its own wide but want to know if the front and back bumper fixings are strong enough to fix my jig to, assuming the metal they are welded to on the car is ok. Has anyone done this. A quick search on this site didnt help too much.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated
Thanks
Ken
