Morris Minor Owners Club

I am planning to import a Morris Minor van from Austria into the UK.
I have obtained a pack of forms from the DVLA and have also had a chat with a very helpful chap at the DVLA.
It has been confirmed that, as the vehicle is over 10 years old, Type Approval is not necessary.
However, the DVLA form V55/5, application form for registration of a used vehicle, has a range of boxes requesting information which, according to the notes, is obtainable from the Certificate of Conformity. e.g. HC g/km or g/kWh, Stationary Speed Level, Engine Speed Sound, to mention just a few.
I suspect that there is no Certificate of Conformity for such as a Moggie and, certainly, most of this stuff would have been relevant when the vehicle was made.
The DVLA leaflet suggest that the Certificate of Conformity is linked to Type Approval, but is not totally clear on the subject.
I intend to call DVLA again next week to clarify what I should do with these boxes, but, meanwhile, does anyone out there have any information or advice which they can offer, based on their own experience?
Probably I will just have to leave the boxes empty, but I do not want to present the form at the DVLA office and then be told that I need to fill them in.

when I imported a Fiat 500 I had a MOT instead of Reg Nunber I got them to put chassis number on the MOT and I insured the car the same way. I am local to the Maidstone Local DVLA so I took the car there where the gave me an age related number . Then wrote the new number on the MOT then stamped the MOT . Logbook followed in the post
