Ok- can anyone suggest where I can locate the paint code for my car - its green , a seris II split screen and was born in april 1955. She has a couple of bubbles which I will be doing as an ongoing projest this year.
Thanks all

Unfortunately most paint codes are no use these days as the formulae have been lost plus 2 pack tends to be a different match to cellulose.

It's always difficult to get a perfect match if you're just touching up a few areas as paint can fade over time. An April '55 car should be empire green but your car might have been resprayed a slightly different non - Minor shade at some point in the past. The best way to get a good match is to take a paint sample to a place which mixes automobile paint to order. If the interior paint matches the outside take a glove box door :)
