Morris Minor Owners Club

Just wondered if anyone knew of any good sites that sell the above in Ireland or the UK ? Not looking for a show stopper just an everyday driver in good rust free condition. Any suggestions ?

Assuming BMecosse you mean winter cold? When I had one it was fine in winter (albeit down in softy London ) Did you use the winter radiator muff to limit cold air going over engine?

Hmm you've started me looking now as I might get a runaround or project later this year... (Minor, 2CV, Morris Oxford..)

Yes - it was miserably cold in winter - quite impractical with many drafts and useless heater. But ours was not a new car - and the 4 wheels all seemed to point in slightly different directions - so the slightest trace of slippyness and the car was completely uncontrollable....... Great car in summer - I used it to travel 20 miles each way to work - foot to the floor almost all the way - through countryside - nothing ever passed me, and not becasue i had a line of traffic following me - and the top furled back at every opportunity - it was great!
