Original colours help?!

Hi everyone my name is Karla and I have just purchased a 1962 Morris Minor 1000. My intent is to restore it but I have a wee dilemma...it is currently poo brown and although I like the colour I can't find any images to suggest that this was an original Morris colour...it does not look as if the car has been repainted this colour and I really want to keep it as original as possible...anyone out there know anything on this??!!!

Is it Rose Taupe? That's a sort of browny-grey colour. I dare say someone on here will be along with a photo, but if not, have a look in the custom & modified section and see if you can find a pic of martinb's car, it's in his sig.

Here you go! Vikki = 1962 Rose Taupe Traveller. You should have a Tartan Red interior and maroon coloured carpet.

It's sounding like the rose taupe, and it does have the red interior and maroon carpet!!
