drum check/skimming

Hello

While the cars in bits I'm going to get my drums checked for roundness and skimmed if necessary.
What sort of price would be fair from an engineering place. I'm only after ball park to make sure I don't get ripped.

Mine are Riley 1.5 so not as commonly available unfortunately...

Pretty rare for them to get out of shape.
Unless they are deeply scored I wouldn't bother, if they are get new.

I would save the money and try them on the car. If they do not vibrate then you have saved £36, if they do then it is only a few minutes work to take them off.

Yes you are probably right. I'll do all my suspension work first and see if thats made any difference before tackling the brakes.
