I know it might be a bit late but I'm moving house soon. About 1 mile up a tarred forrest track. Does anyone know a source of snow tyres or even studded snow tyres in the standard Minor size. I've tried all the usual suspects to no avail

Additional to te tyre debate - 20 years ago I lived in a small village nearby the local triangulation point, and 1/2 mile down the road was the lowest point in the region! In snow that hill was a serious menace.
I found that half a thick concrete post in the boot helped to maintain traction on the rear wheels - at the time plenty of people would air similar stories. The rear of a Minor saloon is pretty light so anything to help the wheels grip was a good thing.
