replacing marina 1.3 axle on a morris traveller

The diff has gone on my current marina axle. A local dealer has offered me a mg midget axle. Basically does anyone know what the differences are?

Midget diff won't fit a Marina axle and the midget axle is too narrow to fit in a Minor. But the Midget diff will fit into a MInor axle....

So - obviously the 'dealer' in question doesn't know much about Minors! Steer clear!! To swop to a Minor axle would mean prop shaft changes/modifications - so stick with the Marina axle and just fit another diff. I see Matt has one for you.......
