Can you please advise if anyone knows where I can buy the red stripe stickers for the side of my Morris. I have looked online and can not see where to get them. The stickers have been removed by one of the previous owners and I would like to replace. Many thanks

It's not a 'sticker' - it's a hand painted stripe! Do the job properly. You can mask it up with tape if you feel your hand isn't steady enough - but they were just painted free-hand in the factory.

You'll get thin stripes at Halfords. Red,Black,silver and White

Do you mean the coach-line which was originally painted on, by hand, at the factory? You used to be able to get pin-striping masking-tape from places like Halfords years ago, maybe they still sell it? Bilko.

Thanks all. I will try to paint and if I bodge it will go to Hallfords or find another store. I learn something every day.

An easy way to do it is to get some twin coach lining tape from halfords or similar, stick it on, paint between the stripes then peel it off and you should be left with a perfect stripe.

Run your fingernail or a credit card down the tape once you've layed it down otherwise you might get some 'bleeding' when the paint creeps under the tape which looks really fugly.

The back of a spoon works just as well if, like me you don't have a credit card and you chew your nails!
