blown manifold

how can i have manged to blow a hole in my lcb manifold, its done it on the joint were i did grind it down a bit to much and have to fill the hole with weld, is this due to bad timing,

only been on the car for 6 months, its cracked all the way around the joint but i did sand it down a bit so its most likely my fault

One make of stainless LCB is 'famous' for cracking - better not name it on here! Just weld it up - and weld stiffening gussets across the pipes to make it nice and solid.

i like the sound of that, will get it off 2moro and hopefully get my dad to weld it up cause it sounds like a tractor haha
