Series III Suspension Upgrade

My Morris traveller has had a series III upgrade done back in 1990 by the previous owners - I need to buy new front and rear shocks as they are leaking - I have tried the ones from ESM but the fitting holes are two small - does any one know which ones I need?

If it helps it has a Morris Marina back axle, disc brakes and wheels.

"series III upgrade"
I think this would be the work of a Mr Charles Ware, have a word with him, he'll know.

Take the dampers into your local autoparts place - they should be able to get you replacements if they measure up what you take. Likely to be very much less expensive than the 'other place' mentioned earlier!

Thanks for the suggestions - have spoken to Charles Wares and he thinks the shocks were specially made - do not have them any more so suggest putting a series III upgrade on! Not sure I can afford that.

Will take the shocks into a few places and see if I can have any luck there fingers crossed :)

Try CS Autoclassic, or Opus as they are now called. There have been many claims about who invented the suspension upgrade first, either them or Charles Ware.

Opus still list their upgrades, so may be able to supply spare dampers.
