Morris Minor at Shakey

Post by Mr_Moggie »

Hello again :D .

Here are some pictures my dad took of a Morris Minor at Shakey, I don't know in depth about the driver or what engine it has or what have you, but here are some anyway :) .

I hope you like them, I did  .[frame]Image[/frame]

I've seen pics of that one before.

I Believe (although might be mistaken) its running a 4x4 Ford Cosworth setup 8)

Wow, that would help in the straights :) .

It's a blooming shame it lost against a Beetle though. Still, they do make fantastic Hot Rods nonetheless, although you don't see them with hot rod flames  .

It's a shame people don't look at the Morris Minor for tuning, it's far easier, and even cheaper if you play silly beggars :) .

Mind you, about 26 million Beetles were made since 1938, so really it's all about choice 8) .

It was at the National a few years ago with sponsorship from one of the specialists then.

That woman in the second video is lucky she didn't get dragged in to the engine bay, bending over a running car with a neck scarf on! :o
