Drilled Door Hinge Bolts - Is There a Quick Fix

Gave up trying to undo 5 of the hinge bolts on the passenger door of my salon this afternoon after pickling in release oil followed by impact screw driver & socket then hammer and chisel without showing any sign of movement.
My question now is does anyone know of a quick fix to the problem I have left myself with. ( Sorry that door WAS coming off this afternoon )
I have assumed that I'll have to buy a set of BSF / BSC taps - drill the rest of the threads out and remake / clean up the threads but is there another option.
