Bleed Nipples

Ooo errrr missus I hear you say - Right thats that over with, on with the question.
As most of you know, SHY has been stood for over 2 years - give or take a bit - and will need her brakes bleeding when the new calipers are fitted (tomorrow)
I'm concerned that I'll snap the rear nipples off (like I did on the original front calipers)
when I do the bleeding thing.... does anyone have any recomendations to avoid this problem ? Is there a trick ?
If we're lucky, this weekend will see our signature change from a car with bits missing parked at 45 degrees, to a whole car...flat on all 4's - fingers crossed everyone ?
