Mini seats in a traveller??

Hi folks, can anyone advise if it is possible to fit mini seats into a1969 Traveller? Are there any kits - is this a good choice of seat to fit?

Didn't early Mini seats sit on a large box section at the front?
More modern seats can be made to fit by making a sub frame.
Saab and Metro seats are quite popular but any that will physically fit in the car could be used.
