A surprise for me

I was asked to pop in to my daughters for a quick cup of tea on the weekend. As a small "thank you" for driving her and her partner around she gave me this.

As I am trying to loose a few pounds. I feel I can't eat it myself. And it's such a shame to take a knife to it.
So Iam going to keep it a bit longer and keep looking at it.
