i believe it is fairly well covered in the workshop manual, which I feel sure you will have a copy of.. is there a specific question you have?

i have just read, that you are looking for lowering blocks at the rear.

You need to be very careful about how far you lower the front of the car, because you can end up "unwinding" the torsion bars meaning that they will not perform their job. If you want to lower the front to match the back you will either need uprated torsion bars 50% is apparently fine 100% is apparently going to result in me having an unpleasant ride ( i found this out after buying them!)

The other option is to go for a complete replacement suspension system such as coil overs offered by JLH amongst others as unwinding the torsion bars changes the geometry of the front suspension.. It must be said when i used marina torsion bars in the past i did not find any problems.. It is a case of paying your money and taking your pick

DO NOT lower it too much - front or back. You will simply damage the chassis/inner wings. Most Minors sit too low at the back anyway - I can't imagine why you want daft 'lowering blocks' ! The front T bars are easily adjusted - I used to do it at the kerb before rallies - usually to RAISE the car an extra spline on hearing there would be 'rough white roads' ahead! It only takes ~ 10 minutes per side.

I got and used "Daft lowering blocks" from Birmingham MM with longer U bolts. I fitted new rear springs and inspite of all the advice from some people there was no other way to bring the back down. The blocks lower the back end by about 1.5" which was about right. The new springs were just too stiff and bowed. Short of driving around with a couple of bags of concrete this was the only way.

You adjust the front by moving the rear tortion mount to the next hole. For more adjustment you have to taie the arms off the splines at the front .
