I am in the process of fitting new wood but the previous owner removed the interior trim (I have most of it) and can work out were some of it goes but some parts may be missing. Is there any good pictures of trim available any where on the internet? Can anyone suggest a method of cleaning old trim to match new wood?
Thanks
John

You can strip, bleach, scrub, sand, and generally pamper old wood, but it will never be the same as new. No two pieces of wood will ever be the same unless carefully selected from the same source. After all, it's a natural product. Sorry.
