I recently bought what turned out to be a 1969 Irish registered Maroon B four door car that I'm currently taking apart to find out how bad it really is to see if I will restore it. I bought this car because it had a black interior (seats and doorcards) which I wanted to use in my other Green 1958 four door (I know the style won't be the same but its only for daily driver), but I was wondering if a black interior was standard on a Marron B (red) Minor ??

It could possibly be original if the car was built in Ireland, they had slightly different colour schemes. I dont really know much about irish CKDs, Stevey is probably the person to ask  .

Well CKDs did have weird and wonderfull colour combos, so it could be correct, I have seen autum leaf used in a maroon car as well as a red interior used ( but a slightly different shade.) Its been difficult to get Info on Irish built CKDS any other info would be interesting.
