Anyone near Tunbridge Wells?

Is there anyone near Tunbridge Wells who could have a shufti at an engine I am interested in?

I can arrange to come and pick it up from West Wales, but am not really qualified to judge its worth even if I could come all the way to TW on spec... if anyone could help, it would save a wasted journey. I wouldn't hold anyone responsible for my purchase if it went belly-up, by the way.

i ought to say that it is currently in a Minor, so can be seen and heard running... but it won't be for much longer!
