Bootwell repair
Hi all, If the bootwell panel - http://morrisminorspares.co.uk/shop/pro ... e66d08683d - is corroded through and has lots of pin holes and generally thin right into the corners would this be an MOT fail as it is close to the rear spring hangers? Also can this panel be replaced in isolation or do it need the boot aperture panel? Thanks again.

Its not structural so it "shouldn't" fail an MOT..... 
Yes, it can be replaced in isolation from the aperture panel but access to remove the old bits would be more difficult, but by no means impossible. It would be best to MIG along the back edge and side to boot floor and spot weld (or puddle weld) to rear panel and side to inner wing...

if the corrosion is within 30cm of a suspension point it can be a fail depends on the tester,go and see him and show him, he will tell you if you need to do it for the mot,they are more sympathetic if you just ask rather then just hope for the best and throw the car at him ,also shows that you do really care about the car.
